Project Manager

At AgriData Innovations (ADI), we are at the forefront of agricultural technology, combining innovative hardware, software, and embedded systems to drive efficiency in farming practices. We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to act as a project owner and success manager, ensuring that our diverse teams are aligned, projects are planned, and goals are met on a weekly basis. You will form the bridge between the business and technology side of the business. This role will be key in driving our projects forward, keeping us on track with clear objectives, and meeting milestones.

Preferred skills

Knowledge of agriculture, agritech, or related fields.
Experience in client communication, project delivery, and satisfaction management.
Familiarity with hardware and software development processes, and embedded systems.
Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies, particularly managing weekly sprints.

Requirements

Fluent in Dutch and English
32 - 40 hours
Professional project management experience
Strong organizational skills with experience in coordinating teams.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
Ability to set clear goals, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely project delivery.

Responsibilities

Own the planning and orchestrate the execution of ADI projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Work closely with the business, software, hardware, and embedded software teams to define weekly goals and milestones.
Be a core part of ADI’s management team.
Manage project timelines by organizing weekly sprints, ensuring tasks are scheduled, and setting clear goals for each team.
Proactively plan for upcoming projects, ensuring that all resources are in place and timelines are adhered to.
Facilitate communication between teams and external stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the project are moving forward as planned.
Use project management tools to track progress, set tasks, and maintain visibility into project status.
Identify risks and bottlenecks early, proposing solutions to keep the project on schedule and within scope.
Act as the key point of contact for client communications, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
Lead retrospective meetings to continuously improve project processes and outcomes.
